Am traveling back to the States from Germany to visit my family and even though the trips usually result in weight gain, having these recipes gives me some sanity to hold on to and a way to cook for my family. Much love to all here 😘😘😘😘😘

Just bought your Speedy High protein. All diet is on hold as i’ve had an op foot in plaster and off my feet for best part of 3 months. Living with my son and daughter in law until I masters stairs…. As one is vegan and the other on Keto, think I must be on the Veto diet!! Lol get on it again when I get home

I am enjoying the app. It has been a little overwhelming to get around at times. Especially the planned meals. However, I like that I can create my own plan from them. The search is a bit hard work. Can I suggest (if there is a way to do a link) when you do social media recipes that takes us to the recipe in the app. If this is possible.

We’ve been eating your meals for over.a year as that flipping subscription payment came round again ! I’ve also taken these recipes and used them to support gentleman that can’t cook for themselves and have learning disabilities and with meal prep have lost weight and saved money. The only thing I struggle with is finding a rhythm and training regime I stick to. The meals are great thank you Fraz and the team you’re great

We started a weekly meal planner with the kids this past week. They enjoyed looking through the book & choosing each nights dinner's. So far we have had cheeseburger pasta, turkey meatballs, pulled pork, carbonara orzo, cheesy turkey burritos & peri peri garlic chicken rice. Thanks for making this mums life a lot easier 😊

Since joining Fraz and the Team, in 6 weeks, I lost a stone (6.5kg) of weight, (almost) entirely getting rid of my belly that had steadily been growing over the past dew years. The recipes are delicious and despite having approx 800kcal less per day than the recommended allowance for a man, I’m never hungry. I highly recommend investing in yourself and joining Fraz’a revolution!!

I am loving your recipes. I've tried many a diet, slimming club over the years, and yours by far, is the best. 🙌🌟💪 The quantity is amazing, easy recipes, filling, tasty, I could go on and on....also a big hit with my family, we are eating the same meals for the first time in years, and they are non the wiser! 3lb off in fortnight incredible, not even hungry in between so snacking has been curbed. Amazing Fraz!!🙌

I absolutely love your recipes. Everything I have cooked has been delicious, so tasty, quick and easy to make, in addition to helping me lose weight. I always have mental lentil soup in the freezer and just about to make another big pot. I will also be making the creamy beef pasta and marry me chicken. Can't wait to taste them! Got one of your books last week and tried a recipe from there, Halloumi pasta yum! And today I cooked the Scrambled eggs with cottage cheese. I was out of grated cheese so skipped that, and used fry light. Still a lovely dish, with just the two ingredients. I'm having noticeably less cravings and hunger this week. Getting more protein and fiber really makes a difference :)

I'm loving your recipes they seem to be keeping me on track 90% of the time, I have been a bit off track the last couple of days had a wee accident at work so I've been lazy about my meals I just want to not have to move about if I don't need to as my ribs and arms are in agony but I got up this morning with a bit more enthusiasm again so hopefully be back on it properly I have put a kilo back on but not letting that determine the rest of my journey

I love your no nonsense recipes as you take the chore out of creating meals that are a change from the mundane, the fact that I can keep my protein intake up whilst keeping my calories in check is fab as I’m currently on a weight loss journey, but didn’t want to have to prepare meals for me an separate ones for my hubby and grandson who lives with us…with your excellent meals means they get to taste the fabulousness too! It's been great realising I can cook more then egg sandwiches and cheese on toast 😂 Overnight oats are a real discovery for me as I never really liked the idea of them but man I got that wrong!! So many great meals, hard to believe it's so healthy eating this well

Me and the family all enjoy your meals hubby is fussy and doesn't like veg so I just leave it out of his save making something else for him. I've lost just under 5 stone so really happy, keep up the good work and new meals

My husband is a willing Guinea pig for the recipes we both enjoy a lot of them and the portion sizes mean he does not feel starving after even though he is not doing the plan. It’s nice to try different things and use the air fryer more. Who knew you could do spaghetti bolognaise in it, or a stir fry with noodles? Cooking from scratch does not have to be onerous and the recipes always turn out right.

We’ve been using your recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner for almost a year and a half since we picked your book up in Waterstones on a whim! We’d run out of ideas for high protein lower calories meals that could be taken to work and prepared quickly and easily. In combination with regular exercise at the gym and eating a high protein diet by following your recipes both me and my fiancée are in the best shape of our lives getting ready for our wedding!
