Damn this was tasty. I actually didn't cook the steaks as per the recipe with the seasonings. I put these one a chopping board, added some butter and once cooked rested them on the seasonings, cut them up and mixed it all together before adding the whole lot to the pan with everything else. (I did watch the insta video Fraser shared doing something similar). Sadly forgot to take a picture though!
