I used had th sweetener recommended and i would use even less next time. I don’t have lime so not sure if this had an impact on the sweet sour combination

This is the most gorgeous 'curry' ever 💗 my whole family devour this. The smell of it when cooking is unbelievable & I always cook it with our front door open to make our neighbours jealous 😆😆 (we omit the red food colouring) in fact my kids say it's on a parr flavour wise with Nisha katona's mother butter chicken curry (but not as high in calories, obviously) and that is an accolade indeed 😋 thanks Fraz ❤️

All the recipes are good to freeze Morag. Just need to make sure you cool down and heat up following the correct guidelines 🫡

Oh my days indeed..have to agree with my bestie Sara.mmI only had a little plain boiled rice and didnt have any red food colouring but a perfect Saturday night dinner
