As a coeliac struggle to get a takeaway that doesn’t make me ill but this alternative was fab. Chicken in oven instead of air fryer and doubled it with intention of freezing half but it didn’t last that long! Had twice in one week and it was loved by family. Served with rice and gf naan. A++++

I used had th sweetener recommended and i would use even less next time. I don’t have lime so not sure if this had an impact on the sweet sour combination

This is the most gorgeous 'curry' ever 💗 my whole family devour this. The smell of it when cooking is unbelievable & I always cook it with our front door open to make our neighbours jealous 😆😆 (we omit the red food colouring) in fact my kids say it's on a parr flavour wise with Nisha katona's mother butter chicken curry (but not as high in calories, obviously) and that is an accolade indeed 😋 thanks Fraz ❤️
