Ingredients: 700 g Chicken; 100 g Chorizo; 1 Onion; 1.5 tbsp Paprika; 70 g Sundried tomatoes; 100 g Light soft cheese; 100 ml Chicken stock; 100 g Light cheese (30%); 800 g Potatoes; 1 tsp Light butter; 100 g Frozen peas

Step 1

Boil the potatoes then add them to a butter lined cheesecake tin or similar. Bash them up and bake at 200c for 20 mins.

It should be in the method as to temperature . From memory it’ll be 200 degrees
