Lovely. Recommended par boiling chips first to prevent any from being hard. No chilli in recipe so I added chilli puree instead of tomato puree.

Made this tonight but had with a bit of rice, delicious. Added chilli flakes & paprika to the mix as it’s supposed to be a chilli
