Hi, it is just myself doing 4 portions. Can I freeze 3 uncooked portions or is it better to cook all 4 then freeze?

Sorry if this is a silly question. I don't have single serve cooking containers so was going to do it in one big one, do i need to adjust cooking time or will it be the same please
