Me too, not sure how I’m calculating it wrong. Even using skinny caramel sauce and skimmed milk I can’t get it anywhere near 411 cals?

Im glad im not the only one!! However I did have it today and its very filling and I didnt eat it all so I reckon I could cut the Ingredients a bit to get it a bit lower

I’ve not tried them yet so can’t officially rate the recipe and I never had vanilla whey only chocolate so we are rolling with it BUT I know they’ll be divine because there’s caramel and banana involved 🙈

Could you use any flavour protein powder I have a salted caramel one or will it spoil the overall do you think ? Is protein powder a whey even? 🤦♀️😂

you can but it may detract from the banoffee theme. Whey protein is a specific type of high-quality dairy protein, whereas "protein" is a broad category that includes many different sources like plants, meat, and eggs.
