The missus liked it and she's a critic when it comes to risotto dishes.

I tweaked this one slightly, only because I wanted the kids to eat it so I omitted the Cajun spice etc and old used the chicken stock, everything else was as is and it was really tasty, so easy and throw together in one ovenproof dish and it was ready in under an hour! I loved it, my daughter was mmmm too many tomatoes (not like Dad’s risotto) which I had explained from the outset it wouldn’t be but my son ate it and enjoyed it I even have some left over for tomorrow. I love how you can click up or down depending on how many you are feeding. I opted for 3 as hubby is away on business but there was loads which is great.

Added the piri piri sauce that’s in the ingredients but not the method - super spicy but delicious might just add at the end next time
