Storage : Can be Refrigerated or Frozen 1. After cooking your batch , do NOT store until it has cooled ot an ambient temperature ( 90mins or so) 2. Food can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days 3. Ensure your fridge is set to 2 degrees 4.Food can be storage in the freezer for 2 -3 Months. 5. After its been frozen, its good practice to allow your food to defrost overnight in the fridge at 2 degrees. 6. Ensure food is piping hot throughout

Working out the cals for this and mine comes out at about 560 a serving? Should it really be 3 packet of the noodles?

The 3 packets is for 4 people Laura . As for calories being slightly more or less there will be some differences because of brand , your in the UK i’m in Portugal etc . It’s fine not to be 100% bang on the calories due to this
