Can you make the sauce in advance and store it in the fridge to use over a few days?

Prepped these for my lunches last week, super easy, tasty and very filling. Going to swap out the onions next time as they make me VERY bloated (forgot that)....any ideas what I could swap in? Thank you, very yum

you can chose any veg that you like Johann. I’m not sure what does / doesn’t make you bloated so best for you to make the decision

Nutracheck is a public database and not all calories , similar to My FP, are actually correct . There will always be differences ,albeit small, from each person making this Cat

This is an absolute banger of a salad - really easy to make and versatile, great for pittas, wraps or on its own! My new weekly staple

Not a fan of cucumber so added tomatoes and red pepper instead of green and added a little extra paprika and chilli powder. Looks delish, that's work sorted for the next 2 days and some for her indoors .

Shocked how much was in one portion and how tasty, I used smoked paprika instead. I'm not a fan of cucumber but the sauce made it edible for me. Next time going to swap cucumber for plum tomatoes and green pepper for red pepper
