Storage : Can be Refrigerated or Frozen1. After cooking your batch , do NOT store until it has cooled ot an ambient temperature ( 90mins or so)2. Food can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days3. Ensure your fridge is set to 2 degrees4.Food can be storgae in the freezer for 2 weeks.5. After its been frozen, its good practice to allow your food to defrost overnight in the fridge at 2 degrees .6. Ensure food is piping hot throughout
