Think mine is a bit a dryer than it should be but it's prep'd so might try adding a bit of coconut milk and stir it in before I nuke it. It tastes delicious and the smell is divine. Will be having this again for sure.

Had some for lunch and the rest for tea, I only did the two people size and it's huge portions!!! I did have a little more chicken than needed as the fillets were bigger but a little extra chicken never hurts 😋 It's there anticipated portion sizes or is it just cut into two piles and the macros are around that ish? 🙂 Crazy tasty tho, this is on the fave list no worries!!!!

Have meal prepped this so not having until tomorrow, gutted doesn't describe it, it's smells so good. Tried a bit of the chicken and it's just gorgeous can't wait for tomorrow !!

What did you use for yours to be so yellow, mine came out pale not sure if it's the peanut butter or the curry powder. Still tasted great 😋

Most likely the curry powder! If you want it to be more yellow put a little bit of tumeric in and that’ll do the job without effecting the flavour 😊

I'm wondering white type of noodles are used. I used dried and they soaked up all the moisture. Unless it's supposed to have some water? However the taste is just 😍👌🏻
