Oh WOW, just made this, YUM YUM AND MORE YUM. I actually doubled the recipe, took half of it out the pot and blended it in my Nnja Nutri until super smooth, no mushrooms in this half ( daughter doesn'tlike them ), the other half I've kept chunky and added the mushrooms, I'm thinking next time, I'll add blended Tofu to make it creamy instead of the cream, might even add Smoked Tofu.
