Can this be frozen, there’s lots of meals I’d like to prepare & freeze as I work away mon - Fri, do you think you could add if the meal is freezable or not & how long it will last.

Almost all the meals can be frozen Michael . You need to ensure correct cool down and reheat approach for meals . Meals can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days and will freeze for up to 3 months in most cases

Lovely. Really tasty. Didn’t add all the chilli flakes but should have as it could have done with more spice but very very tasty. Also added salt and pepper and a good sprinkle of MSG which took it to another level. Meat to noodle ratio a bit high for us so next time will use half the recommended mince.
