Prepped this bad boy for the 3 days I don’t have guests. No light pesto in this part of France so made my own from my basil plant that’s taking over the herb pot. Used less Parmesan, less olive oil but added some spray light to loose it up. It’s delicious and hopefully my HM pesto is light enough 🤞

Ingredients definitely don’t make 4 portions, think the calculator is a bit out. Another trip to the shop for more ingredients 🤦🏻‍♀️
