Made this to take to work for dinner and had leftovers for lunch the next day. Absolutely delicious! Added cashews to it for the lunch portion and used protein noodles to add an extra bit of protein.

This was absolutely gorgeous. The qty isn’t correct in recipe but I adjusted a bit and made 4 filling portions. 5*

When making it earlier the quantity was saying 700g mince for 1 person. 1 pepper 1 onion etc. looks to be fixed now.
