Made this for lunch yesterday added some bacon medallions to it with the sausages and was really nice. It was filling too so no need to reach for the snacks before dinner

You can get low fat thick sausages in most supermarkets or indeed your local butcher Stacy

Hi my personal preference is the brand Branston baked beans. And im not in the US sorry. I wonder if you could use a similar potato product? I just googled and it says they can be bought over there 😊 my brand is birdseye 👌
