Delicious. Didn’t have fresh strawberries so used some frozen mango and raspberries with melted dark chocolate on top. A Saturday morning treat!

I made this for my breakfast today (and for my wife). They were delicious - I only had one protein dessert, but actually it made 15+ pancakes of a decent size. Looked delicious, and forgot to take a pic - but this will become a staple!
