One of my favourites for lunch at work, its huge fillings for your bagels, i ate it as an open bagel sandwich instead

Made these today for me and my husband and kept enough for tomorrow’s lunch but I reckon the recipe for 4 would have done 8 bagels. It’s a feast of flavours. This will become a staple!! Fraz knocks it out the park yet again. 👍🏼
