Ingredients: 700 g Chicken; 800 g Potatoes; 100 g Light soft cheese; 50 ml Bbq sauce; 2 tbsp Bbq seasoning; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 1 portion Salsa; 100 g Baby tomatoes; 2 Spring onion; 1 Lemon, juiced; 1 handful Parsley; 1/2 Small cucumber; 1 Red onion; 1 small tsp Salt; 1 small tsp Pepper; 1 small tsp Garlic powder; 1 small tsp Paprika; 1 tbsp Garlic puree; 2 tbsp Yogurt (0%); 2 tbsp Light mayo; 1 handful Parsley

I also made my own higher protein lower calorie garlic mayo that I'm keeping in sauce bottles, definitely one to have a go at if you're like me and love covering your food in saucy sauce.
