Yum! I don't usually cook with protein powder as I find it goes rubbery, but this recipe was so good! Like eating pudding for breakfast. I cooked half (for 3 portions) will it keep? Can it be reheated tomorrow? I guess I will find out!

I added a couple of teaspoon of milk to a portion before reheating in the microwave (having been kept in the fridge overnight), was still delicious!

Fraz, it looks like people think almond butter is some sort of butter. I'm assuming it's like peanut butter, but made with almonds? 😊

This is delicious. Could not find almond butter, so used a little less normal butter and added more almond essence (saw someone else posting that). It is a winner - all the family loved it

I’ve made this to take to work for breakfast this morning.. I didn’t have any almond butter so I used normal butter and added a bit of almond extract to give it the extra almond taste. It smells amazing
