Prep was a pain but once all that done really fast to cook and put together. Found it a more expensive recipe obviously cos of the beef but had to make do with what was at supermarket so literally a 650g joint cut all day off and then used that. Tastes really nice again teenager ate it all well left some of salad. Another one to add to the favourites list.
