Done this twice now first time I used half sweet potatoes and was dynamite, second time I found the potatoes still a bit hard so going to boil them a bit in future just to deal with this issue but still loving this one! 👍

Do you par boil the tatties before making this as I had to put it in a bit longer as they were still a wee bit firm!
