@Fraz I think your measurements are way off, I didn't even put in all the stock and I still have tuna pasta "soup" after an hour in the oven! (I know it's not 4 glass bowls but it's 4 portions in one)

A bit of tomato purée concentrate, and another 20min with the lid off and it eventually thickened enough.

Same question as before, still no answer 😔. Is 2 lots of garlic correct and what could I sub peri peri with as we loathe it

Hi Vanessa. Yes two lots of garlic is correct . As for substitute for peri peri make it something you will enjoy is all i can really say .
