This is really yummy and the first time Iāve used cottage cheese! I could not taste it but the feta and pesto see to that so donāt be put off from trying this. Easy to pop together as well.

Where do you get reduced fat red pesto from? Iāve looked in Morrisons, Tesco and Aldi ( those are my closest) and I canāt find it.
