How many portions do you get out of this and are the nutrients different for the number of portion?

The recipe is based on four. No the macros are per portion

Is this really one portion? 600g and a tin of beans seems a bit on the high side

If you look above the list of ingredients there should be a plus and minus button to adjust it to however many portions you need. They all initially appear as for four portions. I adjust to two to suit me personally. Hope that helps

I made this and it's a little more watery than I expected. It would be nice if the portions would highlight how much for one meal. 1 equates to 4 servings. Also think last five minutes taking off tin foil way help soak up some of the leftover water/moisture

Next time try adding more rice or a little less stock. Or give it 5- 10 mins more in the oven. I had the same issue with another of the tray bakes.
