Made again 10/10 !! turned temp to 180 on my air fryer for the second batch as it burnt the edges a bit on the 200 .. delicious

My flat breads always burn at the sides ! I’m doing 8mins then 4 mins but they come out hard - my hubby still thinks they are delicious though - any suggestions ? I wandered about frying chicken side down instead of air fryer ?

Would this work in the oven? Not sure if the bread would be fit to eat after 20 mins in there…
