Another great recipe in the bag - for me, next time I’d reduce the spice and a little less water but overall great for getting in after a cold day out

This was so easy to prep before work on Friday…and came home to this… it tasted amazing! I thickened the sauce up with a bit of cornflour and added a bit of homemade raita. Will definitely make again 👌
