Its when you change the measurement to one person it says 0.3 for red onion and pepper and 0.8 for garlic

Ok so it means 1/3rd of a red onion and 3/4 of a clove of garlic in that example Christine

Sorry Christine , not sure what you mean 0.3 or 0.8 as i’ve tried to look at imperial and metric measurements and don’t see anything related to these figures sadly

I made this last night it was so tasty. The video shows stock being added but its not on the ingredients. I just guessed how much and it was fine but an accurate measurement would be good xx
