Sorry for photo was already half eaten before I could get a photo! Ended up making in tagine in very low oven, for 2.5 hours before adding in gf orzo. Then cream spinach etc. I used arlo lacto free cream instead of elmlea. Another recipe I can make totally gluten free so I’m happy! Was very very nice! And moreish!

Very tasty chicken dish. A bit too stodgy once pasta was cooked in it. Would keep it separate next time.

I’m making this tonight but in the oven. Missed out the red peppers as my partner isn’t keen. Will post a pic when it’s ready!

Can this be frozen? I've not cooked orzo before, so not sure if it freezes well! Thank you

OMG yet another 5* recipe! Amazing thanks 🙏 I added a little water, some chilli and used Skinny Crowdie for the cream cheese as I had some to use

Tasted lovely, but was really stodgy despite following cooking instructions exactly. I'd include more stock next time

Its when you change the measurement to one person it says 0.3 for red onion and pepper and 0.8 for garlic

Like

Ok so it means 1/3rd of a red onion and 3/4 of a clove of garlic in that example Christine
