Made this per instruction for 6. A lot of stock went into this. Felt it was drop much. Like a soup now. Watched video and hadn’t any stock went into it. Followed it extensively used scales to measure.

Hi Colette. 375ml for 6 people is the correct amount . In terms of the video that’s based on cooking for 4 people so that has 250ml which is enough . When you mix it and add the pasta it shouldn’t make it soup like . Not sure what’s gone wrong i’m afraid

I understand the video was for 4. Compared to how much stock was added for 4 compared to what i added for 6 ( 2 more portions), there was a sizeable difference

Thanks Hazel…I understand the video was for 4. Compared to how much stock was added for 4 compared to what i added for 6 ( 2 more portions), there was a sizeable difference. The photo I posted showed what the consistency was for 375ml.
