Hi, how long can these be kept in the fridge for? Will make a batch and gift some to neighbours (maybe) 😆

When I cooked mine they were a bit “squashy” / soggy at the bottom so not sure if I’ve done something wrong? Or is that the correct texture? The top half tasted nice 😊

Silly question, but you see where it says 0.8 eggs, should that be 8 eggs? I'm thinking no, but I can't figured out how many eggs would be needed

Hi Sammy , when you reduce the amount from the original recipe so in this case 6, the figures will reduce . Agreed 0.8 of an egg is difficult to measure so you could make for 6 and just remove / gift x portion away
