Wish I read the comments first thinking I made it wrong now see everyone else said how big the portions are i managed only half of it. Would reduce amount next time and thank you Fraz your pushing me out of my comfort zone 1st time trying cous cous at nearly 40

Left the siracha out as I don’t like anything too hot, was delicious without it. Huge portion though, really struggled to finish this.

I’ve just prepped this for lunch tomorrow but mine is coming in at 537 cals and not 346 😢

There will always be a slight difference in calories but not by 200. AlJust double check you have the correct measurements for the ingredients as even by using a UK supermarket i get it to be 390 calories Melanie

Thanks Pamsie B. As a reference I’m using Tesco wholewheat couscous which is 131 cals for 35g dry so a total of approx. 280 cals, then cooked chicken according to Nutracheck is 148 cals. There’s 348 already without the other ingredients.
