Forgot the mozzarella so used cheddar instead but great all the same - hubby said left overs tasted better the next day

Made this but did make substitutions πŸ˜… used mix frozen veggies, didn't have beef gravy or Worstershire sauce so used bolognese sauce and added own blend of spices for a kick! Also used cheddar coz that's what i had in the fridge. The notes are for the mash. Worked out under 600Kcals per portion. Can cook it in air fryer 20mins/165Β°C (that way heats up properly and doesn't burn cheese) Turned out delicious 🀀

I never use gravy granules so was a bit worried about the amount used in addition to the beef stock but wanted to stick to the recipe - worry not a jot, it was banging!
