Hubby had cut chicken into chunks which was ok but will definitely leave whole breast next time

Maybe not the most reliable calorie counter, but I’ve put the ingredients into My Fitness Pal and the macros are quite different. Calories for one portion are 412?

Hi Alison , remember that my fitness pal is a public database so depending on what you’ve chosen as your ingredients will differ from the recipe attached here . It’s normal to have a slight difference of say 15-20 calories .
