If you love currys this is a must to make. I love butter chicken, sauce usually from a packet/jar. This will not be happening again. This recipe was so easy to make and the tasted superb. I always make Fraser's recipes for 4 and freeze what is left over.

Oh so glad I found this recipe. Had a relapse ordered one from the local in Lossie and arrived in a takeaway container with a centimetre of cream on top. Never seen anything like it, not my thing. Happy I can make it now. Will post a pic 😊

Made it tonight. Used low fat double cream ,who knew it was a thing? Had a home made nan with it too as I hada lot of calories left. Was great but would suggest eating when its made as it really thickens when cooled and just added water to loosen it up.
