If you don’t want to put the chicken in , you don’t need to. Chicken is in it from a protein perspective ☺️

Does the calories change if you use a different curry sauce? Looks like mayflower?

Yes depending on what curry sauce you use will change calories slightly .

I usually use mayflower and add stuff to make it taste better, or if I make an Indian I use rajah hot madras
