Are the macros listed on the tab to select the dish for one person? Or 4 that it seems to default to??

Adapted slightly as had no soft cheese in the house and raisins are evil. Topping was vanilla SKYR. No pecans in house either but this really hit the spot after half an hour workout with weights at home 💪
