Hoping this reheats well as the one I had fresh after cooking was really good. Filling with the chicken and the rice and packed full of flavour. Giving a 4 instead of a 5 simply because the sauce was a little watery for my liking and the onions and peppers were a bit undercooked (and I left it in for 5 minutes more than directed). Probably a "my cookware" issue though. If you want a bit more kick you could always add some jalapeño into the mix.
