I am making this today and just wanted to double check is the 500g mince correct and not 250g for two? It's an absolutely lovely dish but usually the app always has dishes for four - mince = 500g. There just seems to be so much mince to chip ratio I can't help wonder if it's meant to be 250g? If not we will just reduce it to our tastes 😊
