Of course , just need to tweak protein and calories depending on what you use

Really enjoyed this! I just made one portion to try it out, and I’ll definitely be making it again. Next time I’ll chop the apple a bit smaller so there are lots of little pieces mixed through the oats. Also added teaspoon of chai seeds.
