Had no bacon lardons and not really a fan so swapped out for chorizo instead - This is gonna be a staple in our house !! Quick tasty and filling 🤩🫶🏼

Lovely, still trying to get used to the texture of gnocchi, but this was really tasty. A few adaptions because the other half is ultra fussy and doesn't like onions or parmesan but he's now wolfing into it too x

This is now a firm fav in our house - never thought I’d have my husband asking for gnocchi!! It’s soooo tasty and very easy to make - great for mid week dinners!
