Work brekkies for next week. Will have them with vanilla skyr instead of the icing, but I'm sure it'll work just fine ☺️ Possibly should have used a tad bigger dish to bake them 😅

I think this was great but the icing was too thick to spread, so I added more yoghurt and cheese. Other than that, GREAT!

Hey Denise, yes the frosting should be quite thick but thin enough that you can spread it!
