Is it equal amounts stock and milk? Looks like from video but people are saying it's too watery from the amounts in the ingredients list

Hi, you might want to look at the amount of liquid in this dish. I made it using the amounts for 5 people and it came out really liquidy. Also maybe suggest in the METHOD section for it to be stirred halfway through as the orzo clumped up in the dish. I think maybe for the larger amounts/more people maybe add some more time on the cooking time. Mine was not done after 30 minutes sadly. (´;︵;`)

And you used the measurements in the recipe ? Seems a bit strange ours was fine . I’ll have a go and creating again but i’m at a loss sadly with that one

Yeah I used the same measurements, I’m gutted as it looks an amazing recipe and, although very liquidy, the chicken tasted amazing - the orzo couldn’t be saved 😅 I’m going to try it again in case I’ve made a mistake somewhere along the line and not realised - fingers crossed!
