Really good meal and easy to prepare. I had to leave it on for a little longer to ensure the Gnocchi was cooked/heated through enough.

Very tasty!! Easy to make. Added a protein pitta to soak up the juices 😋 and 3 portions for freezer!

I really liked this, but what is the best curry paste to use, the one I used took away the satay flavour. I couldn’t find a satay curry paste.

Sainsbury’s and morrisons have satay pasted Sharon. Either that or visit a local chinese supermarket if you have one nearby

Slightly less sauce than in the recipe picture. Makes a huge portion if it’s split to 4. Didn’t know what “curry paste” to use. Used a tikka pot but still tasted good, if slightly un-satay. The gnocchi was a bit weird as it was quite bland if eaten on its own. Plenty of sauce helped.

Not a fan of gnocchi. Would you recommend I replace it with rigatoni or rice?

Cooking in my slow cooker just now. No fish sauce mentioned in the recipe. I added it to the main ingredients.
