Never heard of truffle Boursin but got it in Morrisons. Boiled the chicken as per Fraz. What a great tasting dish. Fourth day in a row using these recipes and every one so far have been brilliant. The wife is looking forward to tomorrow’s meal as not only have they all been tasty but I’m doing the cooking 😀.
